Chubut Valley

The Lower Chubut River Valley is a pleasant break from the Patagonian landscape. It was this valley, together with the waters of the Chubut River, which encouraged the Welsh pioneers, who sought new territories where they could preserve their language, religion and culture, to settle in the area.

Some of the excursions that we include in out itineraries in the Chubut Valley are to Bryn Gwyn Palaeontological Park, MEF Palaeontological Museum in Trelew, Canals and Chapels of the Chubut River Valley and also visits to Gaiman, Trelew, Rawson and Dolavon.
